Kenton is the CEO, co-founder as well as an environmental consultant and laboratory expert at Crocus Environmental. He holds M.Sc. in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Kenton has experience in site management, soil, water and biomass field sampling techniques, surveying, and wastewater treatment design. In addition to his role at Crocus Environmental, Kenton is a PhD Candidate studying biological wastewater treatment and phytoremediation at the University of Manitoba.

Arman is a partner, co-founder, and the Engineering Team Lead at Crocus Environmental. He holds PhD in Environmental Engineering and MS in Economics from University of Manitoba. Arman is a registered professional engineer in the Province of Manitoba and has several years of experience in a wide range of environmental engineering areas including Waste Management, Water & Wastewater, Environmental Monitoring, Water Quality Management, and Phase I & Phase II site assessment.

Dennis is a partner, co-founder, and the Project Management Lead at Crocus Environmental. He holds B.Sc. in Environmental Science and a Renewable Resource Diploma (R.R. D.). He is also a certified professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). Dennis has twenty five years of environmental, construction project management, and resource management experience. He has comprehensive knowledge of the general operating practices, procedures and policies of federal, provincial and territorial environmental programs and management of environmental remediation projects involving different substances including petroleum hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos, metals and other hazardous materials
